# Confirmation of Acceptance of Participation Agreement and Token Holder Terms & Conditions

You are being issued \[∙] eTokens (the “Tokens”) linked to insurance-linked real-world assets (“RWAs”) managed via smart contracts on the Ensuro platform. These RWAs represent insured risks backed by segregated collateral, held in Segregated Account \[∙] of Ensuro Re Ltd. (the “Account”), a company incorporated in Bermuda with company number 202100534 and registered as a segregated accounts company under the Segregated Accounts Companies Act 2000 (the “SAC Act”), as shown in your portfolio via app.ensuro.co.

You confirm that you have reviewed the Participation Agreement and Token Holder Terms of Service, which, together with this confirmation, serve as the governing instruments for your participation in the Account.

Your Tokens represent a contractual interest in the RWAs linked to your Tokens and held in the Account. You acknowledge and agree that Ensuro Re Ltd.’s liability to you for any obligations related to the Tokens is limited solely to the RWAs allocated to the Account. Any claims or entitlements you may assert are enforceable only against those specific RWAs.

The information provided by Ensuro is not intended to constitute a direct offer or solicitation to purchase a financial product.

Your Tokens have not been and will not be registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 or with any other securities regulatory authority in the U.S. or abroad.

You confirm that you are not a “U.S. Person” and you understand that Ensuro will not onboard Liquidity providers from the United States and the following restricted jurisdictions: Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola, Belarus, Bhutan, Bolivia, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, China, Côte d'Ivoire, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Gaza Strip (Palestine), Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Kenya, Kosovo, Laos, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Moldova, Monaco, Morocco, Mozambique, Myanmar, Namibia, Nepal, Nicaragua, Niger, Nigeria, North Korea, Pakistan, Qatar, Russia, Somalia, South Africa, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, United States, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Vietnam, Virgin Islands (UK), Yemen, and Zimbabwe.
